BASIC TRIP INFORMATION
Trip Dates: March 31 – April 7, 2012
Registration Deadline: September 15, 2011
Non-refundable Trip Deposit: $100/participant
Other Basics:
This is a multi-generational trip, which means that team members of any age are welcome to participate. Team members under 13 must have a parent or other close relative traveling with them.
You will NOT be considered registered for this trip until you have returned the enclosed registration form AND the $100 deposit (payable to “NHUMC”) to Rachael Warner. Registrations must be received by September 15 to ensure your place on the team. If space remains after September 15, open spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Team members will be expected to attend THREE team meetings prior to our trip. These meetings will include more information about the trip, team building activities, and ministry planning. Meetings will be held from 6:30 – 8:30pm on Tuesday September 20, Thursday January 19, and Monday March 19. We understand that schedules are busy, but ask that you make these three meetings a priority, as they are essential to our preparation for the trip, and they are most successful with the entire team present. Out of town team members can arrange to receive meeting information or “attend” meetings via technology!
All team members will be asked to participate in fund raising. We will hold 10-12 group fundraisers beginning in July 2011. The more you help, the more successful our fund raising efforts will be!
